Please make sure you read through these documents before completing the registration form that is relevant to you at the bottom of this page.

Our Club Constitution
Our club constitution is reviewed at the AGM every year and all members can put suggestions forward. These suggestions will then be reviewed and voted on as to whether it’s included / amended in the constitution from that day forward. Please note that all who (virtually) attended the 2022 AGM have already signed off this latest version of our constitution.
Registration Documents:
The registration period has ended for our 2023/24 junior members. If you’d like to join our junior section, please complete this form to be placed on the waiting list: HLNC Juniors Waiting List.
As part of your registration, you will also be asked to join Heja and our Parents Whatsapp group. You can find information on how to do this along with the sign up links on your registration email.
