Juniors

Hinckley Ladies Netball Junior sessions cater for players of all abilities and players can join us when they are 11 years old. Once players reach year 11 in their school (age 15-16) they are also welcome to train with our seniors.

We realise how difficult it can be to come to a brand-new club and only know a few people or no-one at all. We can guarantee you a warm welcome as we have a friendly group of both players and Coaches.

At HLNC, we like to ensure players enjoy the game whilst also learning new skills, and our training sessions are designed with age and ability in mind. We have a mixture of sessions ranging from coached skills and drills (with qualified Level 2 Coaches), to sessions on specific game sections, rules, or positions, fun fitness sessions to help improve our players’ health and fitness and ‘tournament’ style sessions to put new skills into practice in a match scenario.

Training for Hinckley Ladies Juniors is held on a Wednesday evening from 6pm-7:25pm (check out the calendar to find out more). Matches (for those who are part of one of our teams) are played on Sundays starting from November.
