HLNC FORUM 22 July 2015 7pm-9pm

All HLNC members are required to attend the 2015 forum, which will take place at the Rugby club house on Wednesday 22nd July and will start promptly at 7pm.

It will follow the below agenda:

7pm – 8.15pm Administration:

1. Caps form – Laura
2. Registration forms – Gemma
3. Setting up standing orders – Gail
4. List of Events and tournaments – Alice
5. Info on becoming a coach/umpire – Bec/CP
6. Website – Where to look? – Alice/Anna
7. Juniors Info – Holly Hemsley
8. Kit – Alice/Anna

8.15pm-9pm Presentations:

9. Session on rules – CP/Bec
10. Team Captain
11. Meet your coaches

The administration layout will be the same as last years with timed slots for each team to attend each station.

PLEASE NOTE: The regular direct debits are changing in structure and price depending on what membership type you require. The affiliation fee will be a one off payment for the month of September 2015 and then cheaper direct debits will follow for the 9 months after that. Gemma has created an easy diagram which will be at the forum to work out your fees.
