Unfortunately due to impending bad weather and predicted thunder and lightning tonight’s Junior training session has been cancelled.

All HLNC members are required to attend the 2015 forum, which will take place at the Rugby club house on Wednesday 22nd July and will start promptly at 7pm.

It will follow the below agenda:

7pm – 8.15pm Administration:

1. Caps form – Laura
2. Registration forms – Gemma
3. Setting up standing orders – Gail
4. List of Events and tournaments – Alice
5. Info on becoming a coach/umpire – Bec/CP
6. Website – Where to look? – Alice/Anna
7. Juniors Info – Holly Hemsley
8. Kit – Alice/Anna

8.15pm-9pm Presentations:

9. Session on rules – CP/Bec
10. Team Captain
11. Meet your coaches

The administration layout will be the same as last years with timed slots for each team to attend each station.

PLEASE NOTE: The regular direct debits are changing in structure and price depending on what membership type you require. The affiliation fee will be a one off payment for the month of September 2015 and then cheaper direct debits will follow for the 9 months after that. Gemma has created an easy diagram which will be at the forum to work out your fees.

If you are unable to attend the forum please let either Claire (chair@hinckleyladiesnetball.com) or Gemma (secretary@hinckleyladiesnetball.com) know as soon as possible.

Less than a week to go until the end of season tournament.

The End of Season Tournament Info sets out the team sheets, rules, playing schedule etc.

Please ensure you have a copy of your team sheet with you on the day and arrive 30 minutes before your session is due to begin to register.

The schedule for the over 40s session is not available yet. An update will be sent asap.

Griff & Coton netball club have invited us to play in their summer league, which runs on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm. Members of the A, B and C team are invited to participate. Please express your interest to Rebecca Kenney via email at tournaments@hinckleyladiesnetball.com

Copsewood Netball Club have kindly invited us to play in their Summer League. This is an opportunity we would like to extend to members of the D, E, F and Hornette teams. All games are on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm at Copsewood’s ground; the cost per person will be £3 per game. Further details are included on this poster.

Our Communications Secretary, Jo Oakes, has created a fabulous newsletter for us all. Please access this via this link. It really is a super piece of work; it showcases our achievements over the last few months and promotes all of the great stuff we have to come for the rest of the season and into the summer.

An introduction to Nets evening is being held on Thursday 5th March from 6:30pm at Willow Sports Centre, Derby.

Nets is a fabulous new version of netball that has been recently recognised by England Netball.

Everyone is welcome to attend providing that you are over 16 years of age.
